Description

  • Partner with customers to understand business objectives and support their digital training strategy on the 360Learning platform.
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify opportunities, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Create action plans and coordinate resources to address technical, educational, and other customer requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and launch new projects with new clients.
  • Define learning and development roadmaps and identify new use cases for the platform.
  • Document customer use cases and develop trusted relationships with key sponsors.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and new projects.
  • Identify customers at risk and implement corrective actions to reduce churn.
  • Develop customer advocates and share best practices with the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Previous experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solutions SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a remote-first or flexible work environment (preferred).
