Description

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through negotiation of initial agreements.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers and P&L owners at large insurance carriers.
  • Demonstrate proof points and value creation early in the sales process.
  • Execute against Kalepa’s sales playbook to land new customers quickly.
  • Build and expand relationships with leading U.S. insurers.
  • Contribute directly to the company’s rapidly growing client base.
  • Use CRM and other sales tools to manage sales activity and pipeline.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to clients and understand their strategic priorities.
  • Communicate openly, clearly, and respectfully with prospects and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience driving new logo sales with top-tier companies.
  • Experience at a growth-stage company during hypergrowth.
  • Strong hustle, persistence, and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Passion and motivation to win in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand client priorities and business considerations.
  • Methodical and organized approach to using CRM and other sales tools.
  • Open, frank, and respectful communication style.
  • FinTech experience and/or experience selling into insurers is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $135K-$175K, with final compensation determined by experience, interview performance, and location.
  • Target OTE at 2x base with uncapped commission.
