Description

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound growth opportunities for Kaizen AMS’s portfolio of small and first-time developers.
  • Conduct remote site scouting coordination and research to identify viable real estate projects.
  • Profile clients accurately by capturing unit count, project stage, and decision-maker details.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales channel, including Relationship, Enterprise, and Multi-Channel, with high accuracy.
  • Maintain structured and timely handovers to sales teams to support smooth pipeline progression.
  • Act as the first quality gate in the revenue process by ensuring leads are fully sales-ready.
  • Execute disciplined multi-channel outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and remote client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead routing and reduce misrouted leads.
  • Protect sales capacity by minimizing wasted effort on unqualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or business development within real estate, property development, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in high-volume lead generation and qualification.
  • Experience in multi-channel sales models, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and research, preferred.
  • Strong lead qualification and discovery skills with the ability to assess deal potential objectively.
  • Professional client engagement skills, including structured information gathering and confident questioning to identify decision-makers.
  • High activity discipline and effective time management in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proactive, opportunity-oriented mindset with comfort in ambiguous early-stage conversations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and remote collaboration tools.
