Description

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Build and optimize scalable multi-channel lead generation programs.
  • Drive pipeline growth through paid media, webinars, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization.
  • Support the sales team with strategic campaign planning and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral for webinars, events, and campaigns.
  • Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting top talent across Latin America.
  • Improve candidate acquisition funnels and campaign performance.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives and partner with recruiting and operations teams to support hiring goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, then use insights to optimize budget allocation, channel performance, and marketing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience managing marketing functions or teams.
  • Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing campaigns, and webinar campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare industry marketing experience is preferred, especially marketing to healthcare providers, clinics, or healthcare operations teams.
  • Recruitment marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams is preferred.
  • Revenue Operations or funnel optimization experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • $4,500 USD/month compensation, flexible for exceptional candidates.
  • Full-time remote position.
  • Working hours aligned with EST/CST business hours.
  • Independent contractor position.
  • Role open only to candidates residing in LATAM countries.
