Description

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows to automate go-to-market processes.
  • Deploy autonomous agents for sales intelligence, customer health scoring, partner activation, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build orchestration that connects sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success into one automated system.
  • Translate customer lifecycle and client success playbooks into working systems across HubSpot, EverAfter, Pendo, and related tools.
  • Engineer automation across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal so progression is consistent and measurable.
  • Turn customer behavior and health signals into automated nudges, escalations, and plays for commercial teams.
  • Design tools that convert adoption, value, and ROI data into client-facing storytelling for business reviews and customer meetings.
  • Build operational infrastructure for partner activation, including onboarding workflows, milestone tracking, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Stand up marketing attribution and funnel reporting to show which programs generate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines across the GTM stack while maintaining data quality, security, and governance.
  • Identify automation opportunities across customer and partner workflows and replace manual touchpoints with scalable systems.
  • Create automated reporting, alerting, documentation, training materials, and process playbooks that support scale.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development focused on business process.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom builds.
  • Experience using language model APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar in business applications.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market operations, customer lifecycle motions, revenue operations, and where automation creates leverage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to build custom integrations and automated workflows across business systems.
  • Comfort with data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks and API integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to break down messy cross-functional processes into automatable components.
  • Clear communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Pendo, EverAfter, Snowflake, Claude API, n8n, or Lovable is highly relevant.
