Description

  • Monitor attendance logs, time trackers, and system activity daily to ensure alignment with working hours and policies.
  • Conduct audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect potential time fraud, clicker usage, or dual employment.
  • Investigate time-tracking discrepancies such as tardiness, underworked hours, and hour inflation, and prepare analytical reports for Security, HRBPs, and Management.
  • Audit and verify logged overtime, night shifts, and offset balances before payout approval.
  • Prepare, format, and deliver audited time-tracking reports to the Global Pre-Payroll Specialist.
  • Configure and maintain internal time and attendance system logic, including schedules, holiday calendars, rounding rules, and approval policies.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regional labor laws on working hours, breaks, and overtime across operating hubs.
  • Resolve employee and manager support tickets related to time tracking, technical issues, and policy guidelines within SLA targets.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation.
  • Experience managing HRIS and time-tracking systems such as PeopleForce, Jira, or custom trackers.
  • Strong background in data analytics, ticket management, and working within strict SLA baselines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Extreme attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Background in internal audit, fraud detection, or cross-border labor law compliance is a strong plus.
