Description

  • Lead regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to Thailand’s local market dynamics, trends, competition, and cultural shifts.
  • Directly manage, mentor, and coordinate a local team covering KOL, SMM/community, PR/events, and content specialists.
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans focused on locally relevant strategies for Thailand and its client community.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics platforms to guide priorities and optimize results.
  • Serve as the key connection point between the local team and Global HQ, sharing market insights and coordinating global campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of 3 or more specialists.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or another comparable fast-moving industry.
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of marketing across brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets of $50,000 or more.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI, including cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV analysis.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Native Thai and fluent business English for daily cross-regional communication.
  • Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Thai influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts, and local partners (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection (preferred).
  • Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Thailand (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for content and campaign production (preferred).
