Description

  • Lead regional market growth by adapting global marketing strategy to local market conditions, trends, competition, and cultural shifts.
  • Direct, mentor, and coordinate a local team across KOL, SMM/community, PR/events, and content functions.
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for Mongolia and its client community.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics platforms to guide team priorities.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the local team and Global HQ, sharing market insights and coordinating global campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading a team of 3 or more specialists in KOL, content, PR, or SMM/community.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industry.
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Mongolia or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong understanding of 360 marketing, including brand building, KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets from $50,000.
  • Ability to drive down CPA and maximize ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Native Mongolian and fluent business English for daily cross-regional communication.
  • Preferred: experience sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Mongolian influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts, and local partners.
  • Preferred: hands-on proficiency with AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection.
  • Preferred: knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Mongolia.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI and automation tools for content and campaign production.
