Description

  • Directly manage, mentor, and coordinate a local team of 4 specialists across KOL, Community, PR/Events, and SEO.
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans tailored to Argentina and its client community.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and use insights to guide team priorities.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the local team and Global HQ on market insights and global campaigns.
  • Track the Argentinian competitive landscape, emerging payment methods, and cultural shifts to identify new opportunities.
  • Source, audit, and close deals with Argentinian influencers, financial bloggers, and local partners.
  • Drive organic and partnership-led acquisition through KOL/influencer marketing, local PR, offline events, and localized SEO/community building.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industry.
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets of $50,000 or more.
  • Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with local influencers and partners.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Native Spanish and fluent business English.
  • Preferred: prior experience in Retail FX, CFD brokerage, or crypto exchange marketing in Argentina.
  • Preferred: an existing network of financial influencers, media contacts, or affiliate partners in Argentina.
  • Preferred: knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Argentina.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI and automation tools for content and campaign production.
