Description

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure partners operate within business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and events to develop market development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Work with partners to retain business and support their long-term growth.
  • Meet and exceed management KPIs and business growth targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
  • Experience dealing with multiple languages and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
