Description

  • Act as the primary program lead for OEM and targeted technology partners and manage the full partner lifecycle.
  • Lead annual joint partner planning to align KPIs, revenue targets, and strategic milestones.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage net-new ISV partners and platform providers to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead partner onboarding and implementation plans, including technical integration and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field teams to execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and regional events.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement sessions that support joint positioning and co-selling opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing field and go-to-market support to partners and internal sales teams.
  • Serve as the internal liaison across GTM, Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on program health, using data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working specifically with ISV and cloud software partners.
  • Proven success building revenue-generating alliances with technology partners and supporting an OEM motion in the SaaS/ISV space.
  • Deep knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure, and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of the India and Asia partner ecosystems, including VARs, SIs, and MSPs.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. states for U.S.-based roles.
