Description

  • Manage a new business sales team of 8-10 Business Development Representatives and Account Executives.
  • Drive growth across SMB/Commercial accounts ranging from 10 to 2,000 employees.
  • Meet and exceed targets for new logos and annual recurring revenue.
  • Recruit, attract, and retain top sales talent aligned to the company’s sales model and culture.
  • Use tools such as SFDC, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to manage pipeline and bookings.
  • Forecast ARR monthly and quarterly and report on team performance.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard new Account Executives and support career development.
  • Coach the team through structured coaching, KPI tracking, and a repeatable sales process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems, remove roadblocks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to set and execute quarterly objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team at a SaaS company or in a similar role.
  • Experience exceeding quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Experience managing or working with full-cycle sales representatives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
  • Experience selling to IT teams within small to medium-sized enterprises preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inbound metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, or similar technologies, is a plus.
  • Experience managing teams through structural or organizational change preferred.
  • Expertise in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar enterprise sales methodologies preferred.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in England.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
