Description

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Commercial sales opportunities across Spanish-speaking LATAM.
  • Manage inbound leads while also prospecting outbound with a hunter mindset.
  • Use Salesforce and Gong to manage opportunities, follow up on leads, and forecast accurately.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates to sales leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, partners, channel managers, sales engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Guide prospects as a trusted consultant throughout proof-of-value evaluations.
  • Negotiate and close new business for the Commercial segment.
  • Respond quickly to leads and maintain high sales activity to meet quota.
  • Build strong relationships with technically sophisticated buyers and customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and authorized to work in Mexico.
  • Native-level Spanish and professional-level English are required.
  • Portuguese language ability is preferred.
  • Expert-level familiarity with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, verbal communication, and written communication.
  • Proven track record of targeting and closing deals in the Commercial segment.
  • Deep understanding of business culture across LATAM.
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to implement feedback.
  • Ability to work in English for interviews and internal business communication.
