Description

  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify and grow new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
  • Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social selling to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly, qualify interest, and move hand-raisers through the sales process.
  • Qualify and advance opportunities using the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Lead prospects through the sales cycle by uncovering pain points, challenging assumptions, and presenting commercial insights.
  • Conduct discovery to understand purchasing timelines, decision criteria, and organizational priorities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on prospect needs and use cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Capture prospect feedback and emerging requirements to inform product development.
  • Support team and company goals through additional assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales or development role.
  • Experience with core sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requests concurrently.
  • Solid understanding of client pain points and business needs with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Curiosity, self-discipline, self-motivation, and a desire to win over prospects.
  • Thoughtful, productive, and trustworthy work style.
  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting both inbound and outbound leads for a B2B SaaS organization (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with the e-learning space and authoring tools or learning management systems (nice to have).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $50,502 to $66,916 for all U.S. locations.
  • Total compensation range of $77,196 to $102,285, including base salary, commissions, and bonus potential.
  • Bonus-eligible position.
