Description

  • Manage accounts consultatively by asking strong questions, listening actively, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and deepen relationships with multifamily clients across C-suite, vice president, director, regional/district manager, and asset manager levels.
  • Grow existing accounts to support company revenue and growth goals.
  • Launch new clients while controlling timelines and shortening the time to revenue generation.
  • Present and close proposals with decision makers, including middle management and C-suite leaders.
  • Sell new and expanded services based on value.
  • Renew the company’s agency agreements with existing clients.
  • Think strategically while maintaining attention to detail across account activity and opportunities.
  • Work independently while implementing plans and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and help empower team members to exceed goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or business development experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a strong "figure it out" mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, implement a plan, and meet deadlines.
  • High self-discipline, organization, prioritization, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to comfortably discuss money, listen actively, and have direct conversations tactfully.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10%–20% of the time.
  • Ability to work from a home office in the Central Ohio area.
  • Dedicated workspace at home free from distractions and background noise.
  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is a plus.
  • Experience with rooftop/cell antenna leases is a plus.
  • Ability to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities.

  • Competitive base salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year.
