Description

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with channel partners in the ASEAN region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners, including key stakeholders.
  • Field and route inbound interest from partners.
  • Generate pipeline and develop strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans with partners to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Incorporate additional ISV partners into the partnership strategy.
  • Support partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal-closing strategies.
  • Manage deal registration conflicts between JumpCloud teams and partner teams.
  • Ensure partner compliance with channel partner programs and agreements.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner executive teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working with channel partners in the MEA region.
  • Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships from the ground up, not just manage existing relationships.
  • Knowledge of security or other infrastructure SaaS products.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Arabic, and French.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently (preferred).
  • Experience with identity and access management solutions (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment (preferred).
  • Experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in the UAE.
  • Fluency in English for interviews and internal business communication.
