Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned biopharma accounts, from prospecting through closing.
  • Conduct active outreach to build pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute persistent outbound sales campaigns using cold calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with biopharma librarians, R&D leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success to tailor account-specific marketing activities and support.
  • Progress opportunities through the pipeline and accelerate new business generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of direct selling experience to stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and execution.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a relevant sales CRM.
  • Proficiency with MS Office is required.

  • Base salary of $80,000 to $85,000.
