Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across the DACH region.
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation and progress opportunities through the sales process.
  • Conduct daily outreach to schedule and run product demos and qualification meetings.
  • Present products online and in person to researchers, faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Use market trends and account insights to build effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members on targets, projects, and campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows and support other marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing, or SaaS.
  • Full professional proficiency in German.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
  • Experience with Salesforce and tools such as HubSpot.
  • Confidence working with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Proven resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
