Description

  • Use outbound selling strategies to generate leads and create outreach plans for prospective customers.
  • Research prospects and identify business challenges to uncover appropriate sales and marketing solutions.
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software and present the HubSpot value proposition.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota as a full closing sales role.
  • Build and nurture relationships with qualified opportunities, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy when new features and products launch.
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to help shape HubSpot’s mission and sales approach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Republic of Ireland for remote consideration.
  • 1+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language or market exposure is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Track record as a high performer, such as exceeding quota or earning President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a structured approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote success.
  • Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment is preferred.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
