Description

  • Build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships across an assigned territory.
  • Work face-to-face with customers to understand business problems and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate across sales, engineering, and technical teams to support solution development and implementation.
  • Own account planning and execute plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles, including presentations to C-level executives.
  • Forecast sales activity, manage pipeline, and track revenue using Salesforce.
  • Support quote provision and order processing to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide ongoing customer contact through implementation and transition to account management and customer success.
  • Represent the full range of company products and services to assigned customers.
  • Share ownership of customer satisfaction, account retention, renewals, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-suite level.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and owning territory management.
  • A minimum of $1M+ quota execution experience.
  • Previous sales methodology training.
  • Salesforce/CRM experience.
  • Strong customer references.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Track record of overachieving quota and earning club or awards in prior roles.
