Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and grow market share.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve complex technical challenges for prospects.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, including solution pitching, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
  • Work with customers from initial interest through successful contract execution and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams on demand generation campaigns and post-launch analysis.
  • Travel 30-50% to meet customers, attend industry events, and engage with AWS teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in a new business-focused role.
  • Experience selling technology products or platforms such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
  • Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
  • Technical understanding of the cloud computing market and strong interest in AWS products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Preferred: regional network or relationships with startups, VC, or technology communities.
  • Preferred: proven experience selling AWS cloud products or services.
  • Preferred: cloud certifications.
  • Preferred: additional languages.
