Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing business for assigned biopharma accounts.
  • Conduct active outreach to build and move opportunities through the pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy using cold calls and emails to generate interest and new business.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with biopharma librarians, R&D leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to tailor account-level marketing activities and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of direct selling experience to stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and execution.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a relevant sales CRM.
  • Proficiency with MS Office is required.
