Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation across the first 7 days.
  • Build and optimize renewal flows by plan tier for 1-, 3-, and 6-month subscriptions.
  • Create pre-cancel intervention flows using captured cancel reasons to reduce churn and improve rebill rates.
  • Build and manage the reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own the CRM-driven path to add-on products, including timing, segmentation, copy, and channel strategy.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or an alternative.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a first-class channel, including US compliance requirements such as TCPA and A2P 10DLC.
  • Implement web push and cross-channel orchestration, including email-to-SMS-to-push cascades.
  • Set up incremental measurement with holdouts for each flow and report attributable revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CVM or lifecycle programs in the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to build segments and validate data independently.
  • Strong subscription-business orientation, with thinking grounded in LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • Track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
  • Bias toward action and ability to ship quickly in a small team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals such as EdTech, FinTech, dating, or streaming, preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, preferred.
