Description

  • Own lifecycle strategy and execute campaigns across key points in the customer journey to drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using behavioral and real-time data in partnership with Creative.
  • Design, size, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Build and scale cross-product growth programs that move customers between offerings.
  • Partner with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to create measurement models and launch campaigns effectively.
  • Use experiment results and performance data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Manage campaigns hands-on while balancing shifting priorities and operational detail.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear, evidence-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset.
  • Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a test-and-learn environment with strong hypothesis testing and optimization skills.
  • Ability to build reporting, understand attribution, and connect marketing programs to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep ownership, proactive execution, and comfort managing shifting priorities.
  • Experience in fintech, lending, or another regulated B2C category is preferred.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA/CPRA is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing tools; Braze experience is a major plus.
  • Exposure to incrementality, geo-holdouts, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) is preferred.
  • Experience launching and scaling channels such as SMS, push, or in-product messaging is preferred.

  • Salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 USD.
