Description

  • Own and optimize the talent acquisition funnel end to end from view through hire, identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion, speed, and efficiency.
  • Ensure sufficient, high-quality talent supply across markets by anticipating demand and proactively preventing talent gaps.
  • Design, execute, and scale performance acquisition campaigns across external channels such as Social Ads, Google Ads, and Job Boards.
  • Activate, engage, and re-engage candidates through CRM, email, push notifications, and in-app communications.
  • Monitor and optimize unit economics and performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.
  • Own budget allocation and performance outcomes for growth initiatives.
  • Run continuous growth experiments to identify and scale new channels, audiences, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analyses that turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data teams to reduce friction and improve candidate experience.
  • Communicate performance results, insights, learnings, and recommendations to influence growth decisions and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, Analytics, or other analytical or performance-driven roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth or marketplace environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about funnels, user behavior, analytics, and performance drivers.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and move quickly from idea to execution.
  • Interest in technology, AI, and automation; a tech-savvy mindset is a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Exposure to SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mandatory C2-level English proficiency.
