Description

  • Own growth planning and commercial strategy for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce clients.
  • Lead customer acquisition planning, performance analysis, and profitability-focused recommendations.
  • Oversee paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok in line with broader business objectives.
  • Guide Senior Paid Social Managers on campaign structure, testing frameworks, and scaling decisions.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to shape creative roadmaps, messaging, offers, and content strategies.
  • Present strategic performance updates and growth opportunities to founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions to build clear growth roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, conversion rate optimisation, customer lifetime value, and operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop team members while contributing to training, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Support improvements to internal systems, reporting frameworks, AI adoption, and agency growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social, growth marketing, or e-commerce growth within an agency or DTC environment.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of customer acquisition, profitability, retention, contribution margin, and customer lifetime value.
  • Advanced understanding of growth planning, customer acquisition strategy, creative testing, performance measurement, and full-funnel marketing principles.
  • Highly proficient in Triple Whale, Shopify, and GA4.
  • Experience managing strategic client relationships and communicating with founders, leadership teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for performance marketing, innovation, AI adoption, and helping brands grow.
  • Experience scaling high-performing acquisition campaigns is preferred.

  • Salary of £52,000–£62,000 DOE.
  • Remote-first working model with optional access to the London office in Camden.
