Description

  • Work directly with the founders to grow the product from launch to its first highly engaged users.
  • Design and run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage.
  • Build growth through community engagement, partnerships, and unconventional marketing tactics.
  • Turn attention and internet-native distribution into user growth.
  • Spend time in communities, respond to users, and execute growth ideas directly.
  • Use funnel thinking and data to evaluate what drives conversion, sharing, and repeat engagement.
  • Shape growth strategy while also owning hands-on execution in a 0 → 1 environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing consumer products from zero to first users.
  • Strong background in consumer app marketing, ideally in payments, remittance, fintech, marketplaces, or high-engagement apps.
  • Hands-on experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage.
  • Strong funnel thinking and analytical ability.
  • Experience designing and running rapid growth experiments.
  • Highly operational mindset with willingness to work directly in communities and execute ideas.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, attention-driven marketing, and online product distribution.
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to overlap with GMT-3 / Buenos Aires working hours.
  • Preferred experience in crypto or web3, Reddit or community-led growth, fintech, payments, remittance, or viral consumer products.
