Description

  • Automate business processes across JetBrains internal systems.
  • Reconcile business requirements with technical constraints and implementation options.
  • Develop web functionality, including complex forms and user scenarios.
  • Refactor and improve existing systems for maintainability and quality.
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the JetBrains Account portal.
  • Work on License Vault as both a cloud service and an on-premises component.
  • Contribute to improvements in JetBrains core authentication services.
  • Maintain and optimize internal business applications such as the online license store, customer database, CRM system, and license servers.

Requirements

  • Experience developing web applications in Java or Kotlin.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Ability to design and write code that is easy to read and maintain.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, including asking questions and defending opinions respectfully.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new approaches and technologies.
  • Kotlin experience preferred.
  • Comfort with tasks that do not have clear requirements.
  • Ability to analyze incoming information, clarify details, suggest alternatives, and choose appropriate technologies.
  • English communication skills sufficient for working with international colleagues.
  • Experience balancing routine tasks with creative problem-solving, preferred.
