Description

  • Build and ship integrations with customer ERPs and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Map and synchronize customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
  • Debug integration issues end to end, from API logs through month-end reconciliation.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate customer implementations.
  • Configure multi-entity and multi-currency setups with customer finance teams.
  • Design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT rails.
  • Support country-specific e-invoicing and tax requirements, including CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN.
  • Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, escalations, and expansion.
  • Run technical workshops, write implementation plans, manage expectations, and identify risks.
  • Share customer feedback and field learnings with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
  • Production coding experience in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, including REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
  • Experience owning customer projects through go-live while managing timelines and stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
  • Fintech or payments experience, including card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border payments preferred.
  • Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero preferred.
  • Understanding of AP, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting preferred.
  • Experience with stablecoins, digital asset infrastructure, LatAm e-invoicing, forward-deployed roles, or implementation tooling preferred.
