Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles from intake meetings through sourcing, screening, and offer coordination.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and the internal Recruiting team to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels using Boolean search and market mapping to build targeted pipelines.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate fit against role requirements and company culture.
  • Map the talent market to identify high-potential candidates, niche skill sets, and new sourcing channels.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and deliver weekly progress reports on active searches.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring for tech and commercial roles; experience in Healthcare IT is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and advise hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent searches, and deliver results quickly.
  • Experience with ATS tools; experience with Workable is a plus.
  • Willingness to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and adapting to changing priorities.
