Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and G&A roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, and related functions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current hiring needs and future growth across multiple business functions.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Champion a strong candidate experience and help strengthen Doxel’s talent brand in competitive markets.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes, tooling, sourcing playbooks, talent mapping frameworks, and interview best practices.
  • Introduce data-driven insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization.
  • Advise leadership on role design, leveling, compensation benchmarking, org structure, and talent strategy.
  • Enable hiring managers through interview training and consistent evaluation standards.
  • Serve as a strategic voice of talent in cross-functional planning and operational discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions, such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance.
  • Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and talent brand, with experience making them competitive advantages.
  • Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles, with the ability to calibrate talent quickly.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on roles, compensation, and hiring decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed work environment (preferred).
