Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring needs and meet business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and hire talent to fill open positions within established timeframes.
  • Set expectations with business partners and help plan for workforce needs.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-submit, quality of hires, and manager satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align candidate quality with business needs.
  • Evaluate recruiting practices and market conditions to identify process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to support alignment and problem-solving.
  • Use the applicant tracking system accurately to post jobs and manage the interview and hiring process.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting or focus on specific stages such as sourcing or screening.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies.
  • Ability to use behaviorally based interview techniques.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively by telephone or virtually.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills are required.
  • Bilingual French is considered an asset.
