Description

  • Serve as the implementation expert for large, complex school districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
  • Travel locally to deliver professional development, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Support districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and product usage.
  • Analyze data to monitor implementation progress and determine next steps.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • Must have either experience as a school or district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to those audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.
