Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
  • Travel within Ohio to deliver professional development, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Work with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Analyze data and use insights to guide decisions and next steps.
  • Meet regularly with district and school leaders to monitor progress and plan follow-up actions.
  • Share customer and implementation insights with internal teams to help inform products and services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to those audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability and a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
