Description

  • Serve as the implementation expert for large, complex districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
  • Travel throughout Ohio to deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and usage.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions, track progress, and recommend next steps.
  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand district partnerships and share implementation insights.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and develop effective implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability and a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
