Description

  • Convert inbound demand from webinars, thought leadership, SEO Week, conferences, referrals, and past leads into qualified pipeline.
  • Execute win-back and reactivation strategies for dormant or previously lost opportunities.
  • Build outbound pipeline against a defined ICP using research-driven outreach.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear stage progression and quota coverage.
  • Attend conferences and speaking engagements to build relationships and generate deal flow.
  • Own the full sales cycle from SQL to Closed/Won for $150K–$300K ACV professional services deals.
  • Run discovery calls, align stakeholder needs, and guide prospects through a repeatable sales process.
  • Bring in the CEO or subject matter experts at the right moments to help advance and close deals.
  • Manage multiple active deals at once while maintaining strong deal hygiene.
  • Partner with delivery and operations teams to set up sold work for long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including forecasting, next steps, and close plans.
  • Track conversion rates, ACV, and performance against quota to improve deal velocity and close rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record closing professional services deals at $150K–$300K ACV.
  • Ability to provide historical sales data such as quota attainment, conversion rates, and average contract value.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, content, analytics, or adjacent professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously and close consistently.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with sequences, alerts, reminders, and pipeline management best practices.
  • Hunter mentality with discipline to execute structured outbound.
  • Tenacity and resilience when deals become difficult.
  • Empathy and strong relationship-building instincts.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Scoreboard-driven and motivated by clear goals.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Comfort working alongside a visible thought leader to close deals.
  • Experience selling with founders or industry thought leaders is a plus.
  • Background in agencies or consultative, project-based sales environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing ecosystems is preferred.
  • Active study of sales craft is a plus.

  • On-target earnings of about $150,000, including a $90,000–$100,000 base and uncapped $50,000–$60,000 variable pay.
