Description

  • Develop and execute the B2B and enterprise partnership strategy.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing growth.
  • Design commercial and operational partnership models aligned with enterprise needs, volumes, service levels, and KPIs.
  • Own contract negotiation and execution, including terms, pricing, SLAs, governance, escalation paths, and legal/finance/operations alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on integration, service setup, joint marketing, partner enablement, and governance.
  • Monitor partner performance after onboarding, including KPIs, volume growth, margin, satisfaction, churn, and issue resolution.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise partnerships.
  • Track market trends, industry regulations, competitive offerings, and emerging enterprise technology models.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B or enterprise partnerships, ideally in telecom, communications platforms, CPaaS, or online gaming.
  • Strong track record of engaging senior enterprise stakeholders and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Experience building business cases, forecasting revenue, and analyzing margin, risk, and operational readiness.
  • Ability to translate enterprise-level goals into actionable partnership plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution in cross-functional settings.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and high expectations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and partner performance tracking.
  • English fluency in written and verbal communication is required; additional languages are advantageous.
