Description

  • Develop and execute technology partnership account strategies that drive joint commercial success, partner adoption, and customer adoption of ecosystem integrations.
  • Own the commercial performance of partnerships by defining and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Drive partner sales enablement and coordinate co-selling motions.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and content sharing.
  • Organize and manage bi-directional referral relationships where relevant.
  • Lead joint go-to-market planning and execution with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Design.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and work with partners to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue share pay-ins and payouts and manage partner payout processes.
  • Build strong relationships within partner organizations, especially sales and support teams.
  • Report on performance metrics, analyze root causes, and create action plans to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
  • Serve as a connector across Remote and partner stakeholders, including executive involvement when needed.
  • Collect and communicate actionable partner and customer feedback to leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships, including stakeholders up to VP/C-level.
  • Track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for portfolios worth millions of dollars.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models, including APIs, SDKs, and referrals.
  • Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem, including EOR and Global Payroll products.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills with frameworks for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions, internally and externally.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Restless curiosity and deep empathy.
  • Concise and precise written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Automation and AI capabilities are required for every role at Remote.
