Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits.
  • Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks and route them appropriately.
  • Support partners with enablement activities that help them represent and sell Connecteam effectively.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to ARR targets.
  • Gather partner insights and share them with Connecteam’s management team to inform strategy.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience working with partners.
  • Knowledge or experience in payroll is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love of building connections.
  • Training and coaching skills.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-sustained.
  • Growth mindset and initiative.
  • Compensation of 100k base salary and 160k OTE.
