Description

  • Own the full AI engagement lifecycle from discovery through sustained workflow adoption as the partner’s single point of contact.
  • Drive engagement scope, timelines, milestones, and escalations while keeping cross-functional workstreams aligned.
  • Translate partner needs into an execution plan, track delivery rigorously, and surface risks early.
  • Oversee testing, feedback loops, adoption progress, and change management to ensure lasting workflow improvements.
  • Serve as the escalation point to ensure field learnings reach R&D and roadmap commitments are delivered.
  • Build reusable playbooks and scalable delivery frameworks for the pod.
  • Track engagement economics, including resource allocation, time spent per workstream, and cost-to-deliver across the portfolio.
  • Support go/no-go and prioritization decisions using cost and benefit signals.
  • Travel on-site to partner locations during key phases of engagement as a field-first role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical project management, enterprise engagement management, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs end to end for external enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, scoping, build, test, and launch.
  • Ability to identify and manage risk, develop detailed work plans, and allocate resources across concurrent workstreams.
  • Technical fluency to communicate credibly with engineering teams and understand AI/ML implementations and integration dependencies.
  • Experience building and maintaining engagement cost models and translating them into cost/benefit analysis.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America.
  • Preferred: experience managing AI, data platform, or systems integration deployments at enterprise scale.
  • Preferred: background in retail tech, e-commerce, operations, or CPG.
  • Preferred: experience working across engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Preferred: familiarity with agentic AI platforms, LLM APIs, or RAG-based systems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Miro, or Lucidspark.
  • Preferred: PMP or equivalent program management credentials.
  • Preferred: prior work in a forward-deployed, embedded, or startup environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $185,000 to $195,000 CAD for candidates in Canada.
