Description

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to scope strategic initiatives and write technical requirements.
  • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), detailed user stories, and other execution-ready documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects by defining milestones, managing dependencies, and removing blockers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and delivered predictably.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Maintain alignment on system improvements and the broader operational roadmap.
  • Continuously evaluate core systems to identify opportunities to scale workflows and improve productivity.
  • Bridge business needs and technical systems architecture through structured program management.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business requests into structured technical documentation such as system process maps and PRDs.
  • Proficiency with project management and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing initiatives, and manage time in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and collaborate across distinct internal teams.
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, including experience using system telemetry and application usage data (preferred).
  • Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups to visualize workflows and guide frontend changes (preferred).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; iSpot cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship for this role.

Benefits

  • Target cash compensation of $104,700–$125,200 USD annually.
  • Salary plus equity in one of Seattle’s hot startups.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan and receive stock options.
  • Non-exempt roles are eligible for pre-approved overtime pay.
