Description

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client implementations and solution delivery.
  • Translate complex biometric capabilities into practical, customer-ready solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
  • Write data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization.
  • Provide technical consultation and training support to partners and customers.
  • Prepare and deliver knowledge transfer sessions and solo technical trainings.
  • Create technical documentation, tests, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with Professional Services, R&D, product teams, and customers.
  • Contribute to internal tools, processes, and product roadmap improvements.
  • Lead multiple technical implementations independently as the role progresses.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel internationally, especially to African countries.
  • Professional technical proficiency in French, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Responsible and independent working style.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, or other major languages.
  • Experience with multiple SQL flavors, REST API design and integration, and message queues.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or similar.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Keycloak.
  • Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantage.
  • French citizenship or ability to work across French-speaking regions is preferred.
  • Level T4/T5, with mid-to-senior technical depth and strong coding proficiency.
