Description

  • Drive new government business across North Asia through strategic partners.
  • Acquire, develop, and manage regional partners with access to government and enterprise opportunities.
  • Build senior-level relationships with partners and maintain exposure to government end users.
  • Position Innovatrics early in opportunities ahead of tenders through stakeholder and partner engagement.
  • Support partner-driven enterprise and OEM opportunities across the region.
  • Lead opportunity qualification, bid orchestration, and proposal preparation through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a structured multi-quarter pipeline with reliable forecast visibility.
  • Map priority partners and identify key system integrators, technology partners, and OEM players in the region.
  • Align internally with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Professional Services on positioning and partner strategy.
  • Establish and advance strategic partnerships and opportunities in priority markets.

Requirements

  • University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in government or partner-led sales.
  • Proven experience working with system integrators and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience with biometrics, national ID, law enforcement, or similar government systems.
  • Background in identity, cybersecurity, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement environments.
  • Fluent in English, Korean, and Chinese.
  • Executive presence and mature negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40–60%).
