Description

  • Work with health system executives to identify high-value operational challenges such as care gap closure, risk adjustment leakage, referral management breakdowns, and readmission hotspots.
  • Lead Healthcare AI Bootcamps and use customer data to build AI-powered workflows in real time with a dedicated engineering team.
  • Deploy AI agents on actual patient data to identify risk, surface care gaps, and operationalize workflows.
  • Present results to C-suite stakeholders and translate technical outcomes into financial impact such as quality bonuses, recovered revenue, and avoided readmissions.
  • Own the customer relationship from initial bootcamp through enterprise-wide deployment and expansion.
  • Identify new use cases and help customers build self-serve capabilities on the platform.
  • Support the creation of a Center of Excellence built on Innovaccer’s platform.
  • Bring field feedback and customer patterns into the product roadmap to shape future platform capabilities.
  • Carry a revenue target tied to winning and expanding customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting at MBB or boutique healthcare/technology firms, or in an AI/product strategy role at a leading technology company.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Deep curiosity about healthcare and interest in the intersection of data, AI, and patient outcomes.
  • Comfort working with data and discussing operational challenges and technical solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and challenge assumptions, even without writing production code.
  • Executive presence and confidence presenting to hospital executives and senior leadership.
  • Builder mindset with comfort building and iterating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites across the United States.
