Description

  • Own Innovaccer’s annual U.S. event strategy and calendar across conferences, roundtables, hosted experiences, partner forums, and field events.
  • Define event taxonomy, selection criteria, and portfolio priorities for sponsor, attend, and host decisions.
  • Align event mix to GTM priorities such as ABM, product launches, vertical focus areas, and brand positioning.
  • Set strategic objectives, target audiences, messaging, and on-site experience design for each priority event.
  • Determine event formats, venues, agendas, and engagement models for executive forums, dinners, conference activations, and partner events.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify priority accounts, territories, executive attendees, and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Create executive briefing materials and coordinate pre-event and post-event alignment with Sales.
  • Lead on-site event execution, including logistics, vendor management, run-of-show, staffing, AV, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Define and track post-event success metrics such as pipeline created, pipeline accelerated, executive meetings, and account engagement.
  • Own the U.S. events budget, manage vendor contracts, and optimize event spend against ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Build event playbooks, workflows, and documentation standards as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in healthcare SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience designing annual event strategies aligned to enterprise sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare conference ecosystems such as HIMSS, HFMA, AHIP, and Becker’s.
  • Experience hosting executive roundtables, curated dinners, and other high-touch executive engagement formats.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact and evaluate event ROI.
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to influence Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong planning discipline, communication skills, project management capability, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
