Description

  • Develop and own the growth marketing strategy to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion with clear revenue targets.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns optimized for CAC, conversion, and product adoption.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing across email, in-app, nurture, and advocacy channels to increase adoption, reduce churn, and maximize LTV.
  • Partner with Product on in-app growth loops such as onboarding flows, upsell paths, and referrals to improve activation and monetization.
  • Build, test, and scale growth experiments to uncover new revenue levers and improve repeatability.
  • Partner with Data and Product to define PLG metrics and optimize funnel performance.
  • Lead, support, and coach a multidisciplinary team focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Own the marketing tech stack and data foundation to ensure accurate attribution and funnel visibility.
  • Establish scalable campaign operations processes including lead scoring, routing, tracking, and attribution.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing activity to conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budget allocation, and revenue modeling to improve ROI.
  • Identify and implement workflow automation and efficiency improvements across the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • At least 7 years leading growth marketing with revenue accountability.
  • Proven success scaling demand and revenue in a product-led growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of PLG metrics including PQLs, activation, CAC/LTV, expansion, and NRR.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics (GA).
  • Experience with experimentation tools.
  • Ability to link campaigns to business outcomes and present insights clearly to executives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Leadership experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring teams across growth and operations disciplines.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with a bias for action and experimentation.
