Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of fundraising campaign development, from product-market fit validation and messaging to enablement, channel strategy, and execution.
  • Develop and optimize a durable campaign pipeline using demand generation, segmentation, and prospecting strategies to increase qualified donor engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data analytics, leadership, and frontline fundraisers to align go-to-market strategy and maintain consistent campaign messaging.
  • Design and implement donor engagement strategies to improve lifetime value, retention, and contribution growth across fundraising channels.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and ongoing performance optimization to meet fundraising KPIs.
  • Create and deploy data-driven performance metrics and reporting dashboards to track campaign results.
  • Translate philanthropic needs into compelling fundraising value propositions and actionable campaign plans.
  • Drive donor acquisition and conversion through fundraising enablement and pipeline management practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing high-value fundraising campaigns or complex product or solution launches.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth through strategic go-to-market execution.
  • Strong product or solution management acumen with the ability to translate needs into compelling value propositions.
  • Experience with pipeline management, demand generation, customer segmentation, and fundraising enablement tactics.
  • Track record of leading multiple concurrent strategic initiatives to completion in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, integrity, humility, and professionalism.
