Description

  • Execute change and adoption activities across AI platform releases in alignment with established strategy.
  • Develop practical, workflow-level materials that support day-to-day use of new tools and processes.
  • Identify change impacts and propose solutions to address adoption challenges.
  • Coordinate activities across releases to sequence work effectively and reduce change fatigue.
  • Prepare stakeholder materials, coordinate engagement activities, and track engagement levels.
  • Equip champions and business leads with tools, coaching materials, and messaging to drive adoption.
  • Create clear communications and enablement content tailored to different audiences.
  • Partner with Product and Learning teams to deliver training, communications, and follow-up measurement.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and translate insights into actions that improve outcomes.
  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of change activities, including timelines, risks, deliverables, meetings, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting technology or digital platform adoption projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teams.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries (preferred).
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital workplace and productivity tools such as Smartsheet or Asana (preferred).
