Description

  • Ensure quality account management deliverables, including status reports, meetings, contact reports, and competitive activity tracking.
  • Manage the flawless delivery of multiple client projects and maintain clear accountability for execution.
  • Partner with project management to produce digital and offline tactics and maintain client-facing timelines.
  • Liaise with partner agencies and organize relevant agency materials.
  • Maintain status reports, trackers, budget tracking, internal forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
  • Participate in day-to-day client communications and help build trusted mid-level client relationships.
  • Own assigned project briefs and contribute to creative, strategic, and brand planning briefs.
  • Provide ongoing strategic audits of tactical projects and contribute to recommendations and points of view.
  • Support PRC processes, submissions, and attendance as needed.
  • Collaborate across teams to keep projects moving on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of account management experience, preferably in general or interactive advertising with healthcare experience.
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple high-value, fast-moving projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Strong interest in marketing, advertising, and healthcare, with a willingness to learn.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, self-accountability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, including listening, speaking, and business writing.
  • Comfort presenting to small and large groups, internally and externally.
  • Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and budgets, and a bachelor’s degree preferred in advertising, marketing, or science.
