Description

  • Support the sales team with client communications, meeting scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to support smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems (preferred).
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles (preferred).
